Customer Service Policy - Products
Lavenderia NappyCare is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Lavenderia NappyCare is committed to your satisfaction with our service, so we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
We currently pick, pack, and dispatch orders every Monday and Thursday. Therefore, if you order after 8pm on Wednesday, and before 8pm on Sunday, your order will be collected from our warehouse by on Monday afternoon. If you order after 8pm on Sunday, and before 8pm on Wednesday, then your order will be collected from our warehouse on Thursday afternoon.
Delivery times vary depending on Australia Post delivery schedules etc. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information.
Note: Please keep in mind that occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may occur which could add another day or two to these times. A 'Day', refers to, a business day, weekends and public holidays are not included.
Can you ship to a different address than my home or billing address?
Yes, in fact we recommend you chose an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery from Australia Post. Often a business address is the best option, because it is more likely that someone will be there when the parcel is delivered.
Please remember to enter your building or company name if the delivery is going to a business premises.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes as we conduct all our shipments via Australia Post postage.
Can I pick up my order?
No. Lavenderia NappyCare trading premises is not open to the public. We are only able to post orders to clients.
Can I pick up my order in store?
No, at that this stage we are unable to provide this service.
What shipping charge will apply to my order?
This is determined by the amount of stock you order based on approximate weight. These details are listed on our order page so you can select your shipment package.
What does the shipping charge cover?
Shipping costs includes more than just the delivery charge. Costs include order processing and stock receiving costs, pick and pack charges, the cost of packaging materials, and postage.
Do you ship internationally?
We can offer this service once an invoice for the total shipping costs to the selected country has been paid. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to outline the shipping details and your order. An invoice will then be forwarded to you for payment. Upon receipt of your completed payment including full shipping costs to the country selected, your package will be dispatched via Australia Post. Please note we do not use couriers for international shipments.
