PLEASE NOTE: This is a drop & go service. All items must be bagged and left out for collection in a secure location

Cost of the laundry service is $5.50 per 1 kilogram of laundry - INCLUDES FREE Pick Up and Delivery.
ONE (1) x COLLECTION of 5kgs of laundry (approximate weight of standard laundry basket).
For additional collections, please purchase additional QUANTITIES of this item using the QUANTITY box.
Simply pre-book and pre-pay for 5kg (1 basket full) and add whatever extra amount you need.
Laundry will be weighed upon collection and if additional above the purchased amount is collected an invoice for the extra will be emailed.

Items are washed and tumble dried at 40 degrees CELCIUS.
Any items that state on tags not to tumble dry, must NOT be sent to be laundered.
Delicate items are to be sent in wash bags to avoid damage.
Please do not send ORGANZA, TULLE, LACE, SILK OR WOOL
Please Note: Lavenderia do not take responsibility to items damaged that clearly state not to be tumble dried.
** Bag hire included for ongoing bookings free of charge. If booking casually, please provide a reusable bag or basket for deliveries. We prefer not to accept plastic bags please as we are a zero landfill based business.
