Refund and Return Policy

At Lavenderia Pty Ltd (hereafter referred to as 'Lavenderia')  we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of our products and / or services.

We therefore recommend you read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy prior to you making a purchase from Lavenderia, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that you receive, as well as to count all items ordered or the items contained in your Service Kits to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

About our Refund, Return & Repair Policy

This is the Refund, Repair and Return Policy of Lavenderia Pty Ltd and applies where you make a purchase online from any of our stores including but not limited to:

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Refunds are also not provided in the case of mistaken shipping selection and all customers should ensure that the correct shipping amount has been selected and / or paid with their order to ensure timely delivery. Items that are delivered and go missing between delivery & collection are the responsibility of the client. Lavenderia shall not be held liable for replacement or refund of cost of items missing as a result of incorrect shipping selection or lack of secure location to deliver goods.

We provide a full store credit should you be dissatisfied with any of our nappy services. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds however your store credit is valid for ANY products, for 12 months.

We also provide an exchange or full credit guarantee for any goods that are faulty upon arrival or that we unable to supply due to stock shortages. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Lavenderia will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and either arrange for a replacement of the goods, exchange or issue a credit for the full amount paid less shipping. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals within 5 working days of confirmation with Lavenderia regarding the damage.


Refunds

Please note that Lavenderia Pty Ltd does not provide cash refunds. A store credit will be issued for the remaining amount of the initial purchase or voucher and is valid for 12 months, for any of our products.


Delivery Charges

Where Lavenderia considers the goods or services provided by Lavenderia have breached our consumer or service guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to Lavenderia will be at Lavenderia's cost.

When a client has changed their mind and wishes to exchange a product or service, shipping costs and / or delivery fees will be incurred by the client.

Please note that we do not refund for change of mind. A store credit may be issued in the event a client is unable to exchange a product or service for another we have currently available.


Returns and Repairs

You may return goods we have delivered to you by mail by contacting us via phone or email and obtaining the necessary return mail information.

Goods must be returned by the next available delivery day according to our delivery schedule or shipped to us with a copy of the receipt showing the shipping costs within 5 days of contacting Lavenderia. These costs will be refunded to you upon receipt of the damaged goods and provision of the receipt. 

We suggest taking a photo of the damage and sending it to our Customer Service Team via email. Our team will then discuss with you the best and most suitable arrangement for replacing the goods.
